HTML Embed

Embed Rive in platforms that support custom HTML.

Use Rive in any platform that supports custom HTML embeds by pasting the Embed Code or Embed Link generated from the Rive editor.

This is useful for tools like WordPress and other platforms where you can add your own HTML, but a dedicated Rive integration or runtime is not available.

Generate the embed code

1. Open the Share Link dialog

   In the Rive editor, click the hamburger menu in the top-left corner and select Generate Share Link.

   
2. Generate your link

   In the dialog that appears, click Generate Link to create a shareable URL for your file.

   
3. Choose a share link type

   Once the link is generated, select the option that best fits how you plan to use your file.

   Some platforms (like Notion) support embedding directly from an Embed link. Otherwise, use the iframe Embed code.

Add the embed to your platform

1. Open the page, post, or project where you want to place your Rive file
2. Copy the Embed link for Embed code
3. Paste into your page, post, or project
4. Save or publish your changes
